create infra env -> configure cluster-wide proxy -> check https proxy url description.

Probably a mistake after translations implementation. See screenshot.

Verified with MCE 2.1.2-DOWNANDBACK-2022-10-12-19-53-39 and MCE 2.2.0-DOWNANDBACK-2022-10-13-02-58-38
