I update rust-roxmltree to 0.15.1 (not the latest 0.16.0) because 0.15.x is what rust-svg_metadata that I'm packaging needs. rust-svg_metadata appears to be the only consumer of rust-roxmltree in Fedora right now so it's probably easiest to just keep rust-roxmltree at the exact version that it needs.
