Description of problem:
The current OperatorHub section for Custom Metrics Autoscaler has a link to the repository:
https://github.com/openshift/custom-metrics-autoscaler
which doesn't work (404)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the OpenShift web console
2. Go to OperatorHub
3. Search for Custom Metrics Autoscaler
4. Look at its repository

Actual results:
https://github.com/openshift/custom-metrics-autoscaler (404 not found)

Expected results:
https://github.com/openshift/custom-metrics-autoscaler-operator
