Steps to Reproduce:
1. Integrate external capsule with Satellite and Enable ACS lab feature
2. Navigate to Lab features -> Alternate Content Sources -> Add Source
3. In 3 Select capsule, select both Satellite and external capsule
4. Go to the Review details page and check Capsules

Actual results:
satellite.example.comcapsule.example.com

Expected results:
either separated by space or comma

I think the fix is back-portable. The code change is small. Moving to POST.

Verified.

Tested on Satellite 6.12.0 Snap 12.0

Steps:
Follow the steps mentioned in comment 1, and observed capsule list is separated by commas on review details page
