Describe the issue:
In chapter 3.2. Installing a Red Hat Ceph Storage Cluster, in step 7. ii. there is a note saying: 
"Add the custom CRUSH hierarchy to the OSD files in the host_vars directory as described in a step below to make this configuration work."

However, there is no mention of host_vars in any other steps in the procedure or in the whole guide. Therefore, there is probably some step missing.
