Description of problem:ISCSI section is still seen in RHCS 6.0 dashboard which is deprecating in 6.0 release

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

ceph version 17.2.3-9.el9cp

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have RHCS 6.0 cluster with MON, MGR, OSDs
2. Login to dashboard and check for ISCSI sections under RBD
3. Observe the behaviour

Actual results:
We see ISCSI sections present in RHCS 6.0 Dashboard

Expected results: We should not see ISCSI related in dashboard as this feature is deprecating and we have planned to remove support from 6.0
