The issue is due to the fact that DRPC does not know anything about PVCs or VRs.  All it knows about is the VRG. It looks like the VRG was deleted successfully, and that is good enough for the DRPC to declare that the Peer is Ready. The question is; VRG deleted the VR, why the VR is still around?
