Description of problem:
grace defaults to using "sensible-utils" as the text editor, but there is no such executable.  The executable is sensible-editor.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
grace-5.1.25-29.fc36.x86_64


How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open grace
2. ask grace to create a new data set, choose "in text editor"

Actual results:
xterm: Can't execvp sensible-utils: No such file or directory

Expected results:
Opens an editor
