Description of problem:

sosreports do not contain lvm information (lvs, etc)

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. generate sosreport from RHV host (that uses block storage)
2. unpack sosreport
3. check lvm information (vdsm plugin)

Actual results:

No LVM information is collected

Expected results:

LVM information to be collected.

Additional info:

As of RHEL 8.6, LVM devices are now filtered using 'use_devicesfile = 1'.  Generally, the RHV storage domains are filtered out, and as a result, not included in sosreport.
