As discovered in

Stage Bugzilla is unable to make a call to Stage SFDC:

> UNSUPPORTED_API_VERSION: The API version that was specified (19.0) is below the minimum supported.

This can be (and has been in other instances) fixed by updating WWW::Salesforce library.

On Stage server:

1: Test sync button on a bug with an link to SFDC stage - works.

This change is now live. If there are any issues, do not reopen this bug. Instead, you should create a new bug and reference this bug.

This does seem to be fixed from the Bugzilla Stage perspective.
