pyopencl would be great to add to epel.
rawhide builds fine for epel9.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.

The current rawhide package python-pyopencl-2022.3.1-2.fc39 does build without modification on EPEL9.

However it does not install yet due to a lack of pytools.
