Description of problem: /etc/udev/rules.d is administrator territory. Please move the rules file to /usr/lib/udev/rules.d (aka %{_udevrulesdir}). Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ntp-refclock-0.5-4.fc37
That file contains only comments and is supposed to be edited by the administrator. /usr/lib doesn't sound like a good place for that kind of file as the changes would be overwritten on next update.
(In reply to Miroslav Lichvar from comment #1) > That file contains only comments and is supposed to be edited by the > administrator. All right. A sample file is fine.
