Created attachment 1908113 [details] A recording related to bug. Description of problem: While pairing K380 keyboard with PC, pin code disappears after typing any number. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): BlueZ 5.65 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Press F1 for 3-4 seconds for activating Bluetooth on Logitech K380 device. 2.Select K380 device on settings in order to pair device with PC. 3.After you see pin code, type and number and pin code will disappear. Actual results: Pin code just disappears after pressing any number. Expected results: After you see pin codes and type any number for pairing your keyboard, those pin codes shouldn't disappear and there should be an indicator that let you know you pressed correct number. For exp: 345 is our pin code, if I press 3, 3 number can turn into gray instead of white. In this way, I'll be sure that I pressed the correct number. Additional info: Even though pin code disappears, if you remember the numbers and type them in correct order, you can still connect your device to PC.
What desktop env are you using for the pairing or how are you pairing?
As in the video I uploaded, I was using Gnome and pairing with bluetooth.
(In reply to Volkan GÜZEL from comment #2) > As in the video I uploaded, I was using Gnome and pairing with bluetooth. You need to document the details in text, in the bug. Moving this to gnome-bluetooth as I believe it deals with input and pins (but it might be another part of the gnome UX that actually deals with input)
Removing the private bit, and closing, as this will get handled in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-bluetooth/-/issues/125
