I added some large files to my thumb drive, then tried to eject it using Nautilus. It showed the 'Flash drive is still in use' notification. Then I used a 'sync' command in terminal. I tried ejecting my drive again and it did eject. But after that, Nautilus crashed.

Tried closing a nautilus window, but the "x" button didn't do anything. I tried a bunch of times, then clicked the home folder, and got a crash.

I was going through the process of copying an ISO File to my USB Drive.
I had then went to Eject the USB Drive. Which it then ejected and I removed my USB Drive.
After that I went into the Files app to close the few Files windows that I had opened, everything seemed to freeze for a little bit, then the files app closed suddently.
I then got a popup saying that there was a problem and I went through the process of sending the report.
