Description of problem:
In one lab from where I'm taking systems from time to time they provide RHEL8 systems with firewalld.service masked by default. Running firewall role on them fails.

# systemctl status firewalld

● firewalld.service

   Loaded: masked (Reason: Unit firewalld.service is masked.)

   Active: inactive (dead)
