Description of problem: libpanel provides some icons that are used by GNOME Builder, however these icons are not installed unless the development headers for libpanel are also installed. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): libpanel-1.0~alpha1-1.fc37 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install GNOME Builder on Fedora 37, ensuring libpanel-devel is not installed 2. Open the application, then open or clone a project 3. Once the project is opened, the buttons to show/hide the left and bottom panels will lack proper icons Actual results: libpanel does not install the icons it provides unless its development headers are also installed Expected results: libpanel provides the icons in its base package so they can be used by applications implementing its APIs
