Description of problem: MigrationPolicy description that may be added by user is not displayed anywhere after MigrationPolicy creation

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open MigrationPolicy page 
2. Create MigrationPolicy with description
3. Open new MigrationPolicy 

Actual results: Description is only displayed in YAML


Expected results:  Description is displayed on Details page
