DataSource deletion

Description of problem: When DataSource is deleted, it immediately reappears in DS list with new creation date and it looks like it was just re-created immediately after deletion.

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open DataSources page
2. Create a DataSource, find it in DS list
3. Click kebab button and delete new DataSource

Actual results: The DS is re-created


Expected results: The DS is deleted


Additional info: Second deletion attempt is always successful
