Registry URL

Description of problem: When adding new DataSource, the "Registry URL" field requires fully qualified docker:// URL. Albeit, when hen entering Registry URL in BootSource field of VM creation wizard, the full qualifier is not required.

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open DataSources page
2. Start creating new Datasource
3. Enter quay.io/containerdisks/centos:7-2009 as Registry URL

Actual results: Error message appears


Expected results: DS is created, "docker://" protocol is added automatically
