### Scenario ###
Create logging.yaml
parameter_defaults:
   DesignateBindQueryLogging:True

include it in overcloud_deply.sh and run it

### Expected result ###
On Controllers nodes under: /var/lib/ansible-generated/ 
you should see:
options {
   querylog yes;
}


### Actual result ###
DesignateBindQueryLogging:True is not set

Note:
Seems like no parameterize this in the jinja is missing.
