No matching package to install: 'python3-openstackdocstheme' No matching package to install: 'python3-oslotest' No matching package to install: 'python3-sphinxcontrib-apidoc' No matching package to install: 'python3-stevedore' No matching package to install: 'python3-testrepository' While most of these could be worked around, stevedore is a real deal breaker. Not sure how to proceed. Could you request an epel9 branch against it?

Could you also create one for python-sphinxcontrib-apidoc please? I tried to do it, but I cannot find the component, so must be missing something. I'll disable building docs for now.
