Description of problem:

$ sudo dnf --releasever=37 --setopt=module_platform_id=platform:f37 \
--enablerepo=updates-testing \
$(rpm -q fedora-repos-modular >/dev/null && echo --enablerepo=updates-testing-modular) \
--assumeno distro-sync

Error: 
 Problem: package gnome-books-40.0-4.fc36.x86_64 requires libgnome-desktop-3.so.19()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - gnome-desktop3-42.4-1.fc36.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - problem with installed package gnome-books-40.0-4.fc36.x86_64
