Description of problem: Hi, the dnf-plugins-core-4.3.0-1.fc36.noarch, show errors when execute dnf install or other orders form package manager. The error only show using LANG=es_ES-UTF-8, change LANG=en_US.UTF-8 in the command-line and the error is gone. I paste the output for command: *** $ LANG=en_US.UTF-8 sudo dnf install dnf-plugins-core [sudo] password for yukiteru: Last metadata expiration check: 0:52:31 ago on Thu 15 Sep 2022 12:11:51 AM -04. Package dnf-plugins-core-4.3.0-1.fc36.noarch is already installed. Dependencies resolved. Nothing to do. This is a problem specific for the Spanish locale. The surplus asterisk character in the above mentioned string is causing a "Key error" during the Python's string formatting inside the DNF. I've already accepted this fix which has been already proposed in the Fedora Weblate.
