Description of problem: Existing list of undercloud services in tripleo-common is inadequate, causing validations, relying on said list to fail. Fix has to reach downstream. Actual results: Validation fails, as it tries to reach services that are no longer deployed. Expected results: Validations succeeds, or detects an actual issue.
