Using mock-scm-3.1-1.fc37.noarch plugin fails with: DEBUG: Initializing SCM integration... "rpkg" is a default command specified in py/mockbuild/config.py. I think mock-scm package should run-require, or at least recommend "rpkg"
Thank you for the report. Indeed, we should either Recommend the rpkg package, or maybe even better migrate to more DistGit versatile tool copr-distgit-client (and Recommend that).
