How reproducible:
Not sure

Steps to Reproduce:
This BZ was discovered while following the verification steps from this BZ: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1970623
1. Set up the Satellite with the custom role as with the steps above
2. After creating the appropriate roles, try to install the Errata that are available to the host
3. For me the installation failed, when I logged back into admin, I was no longer able to view the Repository Sets page

Verified.
Tested on Version: 6.12.0 snap 13

Steps Tested:
 1. Create a host and add a custom repository with values missing
 2. Navigate to the host's detail page > content > repository sets

Results: The repository sets page is displayed correctly and does not produce the translation key error
