Run discover-tempest-config on an environment with object storage


Actual results:
Unhandled error: configparser.NoOptionError: No option \'discoverability\' in section: \'object-storage-feature-enabled\

Expected results:
No traceback

python-tempestconf-3.2.1-2.20220920195113.f88961e.el8ost contains the required fix and is part of RHOS-16.2-RHEL-8-20221026.n.1 puddle.
