I made a rawhide update (plasma 5-25-90) and akonadi-server always crash on startup. Rebuilt kf5-akonadi-server solves the issue.
it is fixed in kf5-akonadi-server-22.08.1-2.fc38
Re-opening for F37. F37 has qt 5.15.6 as well, and kparal has just found that akonadi seems to be consistently crashing there, which is probably the same bug. Proposing as a Final blocker, as you see a big ugly "akonadi crashed" screen on boot, which probably violates Final criterion "There must be no SELinux denial notifications or crash notifications on boot of or during installation from a release-blocking live image, or at first login after a default install of a release-blocking desktop"; also likely basic functionality of several default installed apps is broken if akonadi doesn't work. The KDE Gear 22.08.1 update - https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-a895955321 - has kf5-akonadi-server-22.08.1-2.fc37 , and so should hopefully fix this. I'll mark it as such.

+4 in https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/blocker-review/issue/965 , marking accepted.
I confirmed the bug in the Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-37-20221009.n.0.iso too, and running a new live install with new akonadi-22.08.1-1.fc37 the bug is fixed indeed.
FEDORA-2022-a895955321 has been pushed to the Fedora 37 stable repository. If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report.
