Description of problem:


- The customer has reported that they are trying to set up the ceph dashboard via haproxy but when using the url_prefix with dashboard configuration it doesn't inherit the css/js files.

- While doing the testing the ceph dashboard is not giving the graphical view when we enable the "url_prefix" with the dashboard in RHCS 5.2
