This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
When the global ovsdb configuration is changed using nmstatectl apply and the nmstate-plugin-ovsdb is not installed the validation fails without much message than the state diff.

2. Configure an ovsdb global table

Nmstate fails showing just a diff

Nmstae complains of missing dependency

If nmstate-plugin-ovsdb is not installed, configuring global ovs-db would complain:
libnmstate.error.NmstateDependencyError: Missing plugin for ovs-db global configuration, please try to install 'nmstate-plugin-ovsdb' or other plugin provides NmstatePlugin.PLUGIN_CAPABILITY_OVSDB_GLOBAL
