Description of problem:
Project multijob-trigger-dlrn-component-manila-16.2-rhel-8.4 is automatically triggered when openstack-component-manila zuul pipeline runs.

Currently it is not working.
Based on Build History of multijob-trigger-dlrn-component-manila-16.2-rhel-8.4 pipeline.
- Sep 28, 2022 11:11 AM - triggered manually
- Sep 26, 2022 12:11 PM - triggered manually
- Sep 22, 2022 10:59 AM - triggered manually


Actual results:
These pipeline needs to be triggered automatically by the pipeline.
