Would it be possible to update mypy to 0.981 in F36 please?

It contains fixes for this issue, which hit py 3.10.7, which is the version of Python on F36 at the moment:

@gwync would it be possible to release the update for f35 as well? Python 3.10.7 was release there and mypy is currently broken because of the very same bug.
