Description of problem:
An uncompressed version of a JS script is being provided to the browser when loading Search (/multicloud/home/search) or Application (/multicloud/applications) page using ACM dynamic plug-in causing severe delays in loading the page.

Script: /api/plugins/acm/528.66722b1f.js

ACM versions tested: 2.7.0-DOWNSTREAM-2022-09-21-20-47-21, 2.7.0-DOWNSTREAM-2022-09-28-02-17-12

Browser: Chrome

Additional info:
The longest req ('/api/plugins/acm/528.66722b1f.js') is over 7 MB.

Verified on 2.7.0-DOWNSTREAM-2022-10-06-10-54-50, OCP 4.11.7, and Chrome
JS script files have smaller size (largest is 1.6 MB) and there is no delay in page loading
