certbot packages have been updated to v1.30.0 on all branches of Fedora and on EPEL 9, but the update for Fedora 37 has been unpushed without comment: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-43931d4055 Having Fedora 37 stuck on an older version of certbot than either Fedora 36 or Rawhide / F38 is probably not intentional, and it will lead to downgrades from 1.30 to 1.29 for people upgrading from F36 or F35. Please take a look.
