Regressions:
 * The ability to update the cloud to the most recent releases of packages and containers
 * No control plane or data plane interruption during the update process
 * ML2-OVS & ML2-OVN as network back-ends must be tested
 * Ceph must be tested as a storage back-end

New functionality:
 * Multi-RHEL support on the Compute hosts (See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2072644 for details)
