Doc Text:	.`conntrack-tools` rebased to version 1.4.7 The `conntrack-tools` package has been upgraded to version 1.4.7, which provides multiple bug fixes and enhancements. Notable changes include: * Adds the `IPS_HW_OFFLOAD` flag, which specifies offloading of a `conntrack` entry to the hardware * Adds `clash_resolve` and `chaintoolong` statistical counters * Supports filtering events by IP address family * Accepts yes or no as synonyms to on or off in the `conntrackd.conf` file * Supports user space helper auto-loading upon daemon startup. Stable backports are done, time to branch for RHEL9.2 and do the rebase.

conntrack-tools-1.4.7 requires libnetfilter_Conntrack-1.0.9, have to rebase the latter as well.
