In Multicluster Web console, under Data Services -> Data policies, the Action/kebab menu of any DRPolicy shows a false message "Resource is being deleted.".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure RDR setup
2. While creating Disaster Recovery Policy on Hub cluster, check the message displayed on Actions menu


Actual results:
False "Resource is being deleted." message displayed in Data Policies page.

Expected results:
False message should not be displayed.
