I'm able to install the Fedora package in CentOS 9: sudo yum install https://download-ib01.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/35/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/w/wl-clipboard-2.0.0-5.fc35.x86_64.rpm It works like charm.
