Before this update, the Alarming service (aodh) used a deprecated Gnocchi API to aggregate metrics, which sometimes caused Gnocchi to display incorrect CPU use values.
With this update, Gnocchi displays the correct metrics by performing calculation, transformation, and aggregation of metrics dynamically.
