fedora-release and fedora-repos need to be updated for GA
Note: I think technically we should also bump generic-release . We haven't done it for several releases, but I think we are supposed to.
Discussed at the 2022-10-10 blocker review meeting: https://meetbot-raw.fedoraproject.org/fedora-blocker-review/2022-10-10/f37-blocker-review.2022-10-10-16.01.html . Accepted as a blocker as a clear violation of the Final 'release identification' criteria.
