.Users can enable Ceph Object Gateway manager module With this release, Ceph Object Gateway Manager module is now available, and can be turned on with `ceph mgr module enable rgw` command to enable users to gain access to the functionality of the Ceph Object Gateway manager module, such as `ceph rgw realm bootstrap`, and `ceph rgw realm tokens` commands.

Description of problem:
  on ceph version 17.2.3-48.el9cp (b348f39d71cd212a077c30cf612809386a9410f6) quincy (stable)

Per Document https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/mgr/rgw/ , We are able to enable the MGR RGW module , but no other commands work.


 /]# ceph mgr module ls
