Description Martin Cejp 2022-10-15 09:29:32 UTC
Description of problem:

Some of Tiled's important functionality is implemented as "core plug-ins". It seems that these are not correctly detected when Tiled is installed from Fedora package repositories, because the export menu is missing all basic formats including CSV and JSON.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

1.9.2-1.fc36
(also seen on 1.8 @ fc35)

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install tiled
2. Launch Tiled
3. Create a new map with arbitrary options
4. Navigate to File -> Export As...
5. Expand dropdown menu of file types

Actual results:

The only offered export format is Tiled's native XML

Expected results:

~7 built-in types should be available (reference: [1])

Additional info:

The official AppImage release of Tiled does not suffer from this problem.
