Hello, could you please branch and build python-tomli-w in EPEL 8? I have a specfile that builds at https://src.fedoraproject.org/fork/churchyard/rpms/python-tomli-w/commits/epel8-init and would be happy to push it and build it for you. My motivation is to be able to use tomli-w unconditionally in https://gitlab.com/fedora/legal/fedora-license-data/ (and that is packaged for EPEL 8 as well, unfortunately). Thanks
> (and that is packaged for EPEL 8 as well, unfortunately). I think you meant "packaged for EPEL 7 as well"? Anyways, I'm already packaging tomli, flit-core, and friends in EPEL 8, so I would be happy to co-maintain.
No, I meant packaged for EPEL 8. Fortunately, fedora-license-data is not packaged for EPEL 7. -------- I've added you as an admin and requested the branch: https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/48239 When ready, will send a PR to it for you to review.
(In reply to Miro Hrončok from comment #2) > No, I meant packaged for EPEL 8. Fortunately, fedora-license-data is not packaged for EPEL 7. Ah, I thought it was *also* packaged for EPEL 7, and that's what you were referring to. There was an upstream PR adding support for EPEL 7 that I reviewed, and there's a populated epel7 branch[1], but I guess it was never built... Cool, thanks.
