Description of problem: Rebase qpid-dispatch to 1.19.0 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHOSP 17.1 This request is due to information researched and provided as part of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2134557 which identified that the fixes are in place within qpid-dispatch 1.19.0.
Working with Matthias on getting builds in the Messaging SIG for this. Currently the messaging SIG has qpid 1.17.0, so we're working to rebase the RPMs against 1.19.0 and getting a build in CBS. Requires re-packaging of the fc37 SRPM for el9.
qpid-dispatch-1.19 is here: https://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=41930, I have tagged the build into -testing, but not into -release yet.
tagged into -release as well, already synced to the mirrors since Wed last week.

@mrunge the linked issue is now merged. What is next here?
There were a couple of patches necessary: https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/rdoinfo/+/46421 https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/rdoinfo/+/46411 https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/rdoinfo/+/46402 https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/rdoinfo/+/46395 (now qpid-1.19 is available in testing for antelope back to wallaby.) We'll apparently now need the same set of patches for stable branches, sigh
bash-5.1$ rpm -qa | grep qpid-dispatch qpid-dispatch-router-1.19.0-3.1.el9ost.x86_64 qpid-dispatch-tools-1.19.0-3.1.el9ost.noarch
