Description of problem:

The customer is running the deployment command to change NTP/DNS on overcloud nodes. 
During this deployment, it failed with some errors which are fixed at the moment.

The latest error we saw was coming from the playbook https://opendev.org/openstack/tripleo-heat-templates/src/branch/master/deployment/octavia/octavia-deployment-config.j2.yaml#L280

Here is the error:

The Phase 2 job - phase2-16.1_compact-director-rhel-8.2-virthost-3cont_2comp-ipv4-geneve-lvm-octavia is passing now. It was failing before the fix.
