Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch an ec2 instance with RHEL-9.2 AMI RHEL-9.2.0-20221019.2
2.Run rpm command

Actual results:
[ec2-user@ip-10-0-3-212 ~]$ rpm
error: /usr/lib/rpm/macros.d/macros.dist: line 11: Macro %dist_debuginfod_url has empty body
RPM version 4.16.1.3

Expected results:
No errors when running rpm command

'rpm -qf /usr/lib/rpm/macros.d/macros.dist' would reveal that the file with a bad macro comes from redhat-release.
