Please branch and build speech-tools in epel8 and epel9. If you do not wish to maintain speech-tools in epel8 and epel9, or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner, the EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package; please add the epel-packagers-sig group through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/speech-tools/addgroup and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches.
I am happy to do that, I'll get to it tomorrow or at the latest the next week, but I hope that it should be straightforward enough.
Alright. Making an epel9 branch looks pointless, as the package is in el9 already, but it seems that it is not in el8.
So, epel8 is done, so I'd consider this fixed, but I'll wait if this resulotion is okay to you.
Thanks! For el8, you will also need to submit an update to bodhi. For el9, you're correct, it looks like this it is in the distro already but the -devel packages are missing, which is a different matter, no nothing to do there on the epel front.
