dmesg output

1. Please describe the problem:

On boot of Fedora-Workstation-37-1.2.aarch64.raw.xz on RPi4 and RPi400, HDMI video output fails after gdm.service starts.

2. What is the Version-Release number of the kernel:

Linux fedora 5.19.15-301.fc37.aarch64

3. Did it work previously in Fedora? If so, what kernel version did the issue
*first* appear? Old kernels are available for download at
   https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=8 :

Yes, it worked with the kernel from RC1.1. With the new kernel in RC1.2 (Linux fedora 5.19.15-301.fc37.aarch64) this started to fail.

4. Can you reproduce this issue? If so, please provide the steps to reproduce
   the issue below:

Install Fedora-Workstation-37-1.2.aarch64.raw.xz on RPi4 or RPi400
Attempt to boot and view video output over HDMI
Video fails when gdm.service starts

5. Does this problem occur with the latest Rawhide kernel? To install the
Rawhide kernel, run ``sudo dnf install fedora-repos-rawhide`` followed by
   ``sudo dnf update --enablerepo=rawhide kernel``:

No, 6.1.0-0.rc1.20221018gitbb1a1146467a.16.fc38.aarch64 fixes the issue.

6. Are you running any modules that not shipped with directly Fedora's kernel?:

7. Please attach the kernel logs. You can get the complete kernel log
   for a boot with ``journalctl --no-hostname -k > dmesg.txt``. If the
issue occurred on a previous boot, use the journalctl ``-b`` flag.
