Description of problem: From Haresh "Background: Multi RHEL is the feature where an OSP cluster will be running with compute nodes having 2 different RHEL versions. When a customer upgrades using FFU and there are workloads that do not run on the newer RHEL version where they are yet to be certified. To avoid this, support is required for a time period in the environment where some of the VM/VNFs still will be running on the older RHEL version and some workloads (certification not required) will be upgraded to newer RHEL version. Red Hat will support this feature only in conjunction with FFU. That means, Greenfield deployment must go with all nodes running the same RHEL versions. Also, once FFU is over, Multi RHEL too is over. The only supported RHEL versions in Multi RHEL are RHEL 8.X and RHEL 9.X. This feature is expected to be GA in OSP17.1. Requirements (1) All NFV scenarios must be verified against multi-RHEL. What are the expectations from NFV? Deploy multi RHEL nodes in a OSP 17.1 cluster and run all CI jobs. Observe the result and act accordingly. Since our automation framework is Infrared, we need Infrared to support this. Patches to generate OS dependent containers URL are merged in 17.1 compose."
