The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
This was introduced in https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/15b9243c0d7f6d1531fa65dbc01bd11e8e6c12ca and it will serve as part of the workaround for long standing https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1494014.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. systemctl daemon-reload
2. ls -l /run/systemd/systemd-units-load 

Actual results:
/run/systemd/systemd-units-load is not present.

Expected results:
/run/systemd/systemd-units-load is present and has updated timestamp.
